This first blog is to introduce myself and to give you a little glimpse into who I am and why I create the way I do.
My name is Susi.
My 29-year relationship/marriage ended 6 years ago, and I have spent this time getting to know the essence of me. I have gone deep within and opened my heart to myself and the world around me, and in this process, discovered a creative within.
I believe that the Universe is brimming with soul — the trees, rocks, thunderstorms, animals, the sun and the moon — all carry spirit and intention. That life is everywhere, and all life is interconnected.
The wind is a spirit
The sun is a living eye
The animals are messengers
I love this country that I call home. The Australian bush, the raw and rugged coastlines, the vastness of the interior, I find it all so beautiful and feel honoured to be here. Through my images, I hope to share with you the beauty I see through my eyes.
