Stay True

I believe that deep down within our true life path lies waiting to be set free.
When I follow what my heart believes in it is a knowing that this is right and this is what I am supposed to do. I get this feeling when I am out in nature taking photos and I get this feeling when I dance.

 

 

 

I have been struggling with remaining true to both, without comprising either. I struggled so much that I stopped doing both and then felt very lost. It’s only been the past month that I’ve really danced again. It has made me remember how I feel when I dance and has inspired me to get my camera out.

 

 

 

 

 

So I’ve learnt that I can do both with pure intention, that actually by dancing it releases my artistic side and motivates me to create images that are more soulful. 

 

 

 

 

My creations so far this year represent the dual aspects of life and the struggle with not getting lost in the labyrinth and taking each day as it comes.

 

 

 

 

I am excited to see what unfolds for the rest of the year. I have a couple projects happening this year with both my passions, ones that will push me out of my comfort zone and cause me to confront a few fears.

Go slow, let it flow
Be at one with the moon and the sun
Don’t think, let your mind sink
Don’t fight it, don’t think - just sink, sink, sink
